Nov. 3: Abbey Men’s Basketball To Play At UNC-Charlotte
October 4th, 2011The exhibition game is the first of three for the Crusaders.
The Belmont Abbey men’s basketball team has added a third NCAA Division I exhibition contest to tip-off the 2011-12 season. The Crusaders will face the UNC-Charlotte 49ers at Halton Arena on Thursday, November 3 at 7:00 p.m.
The match-up with the 49ers will be the first of three exhibition contests against Division I competition. After the game with UNC-Charlotte, the Crusaders travel to South Carolina to play Furman University on November 5 and then cap off their preseason with a game at Presbyterian College on November 8.
The Crusaders open their regular season on November 11 at Johnson & Wales University.
